Senior Manager- CNC Cell

Qualification:

The candidate should be an engineering graduate between 32-35 age group, having at least 10 years experience in handling ,maintaining and running CNC machines for efficient Production.

He should preferably have certificate & or diploma courses in designing and programming.

Should have strong attention to details, and skills interpreting technical drawings .

He should preferably be conversant with  Power mill, WCam2K, Rhinoceros (V5 and above), Art Cam and AutoCAD. Also possess knowledge and understanding of GM Codes

Experience on 3 Axis and 5 Axis (FAGOR or FANUC controller or equivalent) machines is desirable

Having experience on Stone Products made from Granite, Marble, Sandstone etc will be of great advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

 Create programmes using  optimum cutting paths and selection of tools for productivity.

·       Carry Quality Assurance tests to ensure product meets design specifications.

·       Complete CNC Programming, fixture setting, try-outs, process mapping, and preparation of control plan.

·       Troubleshooting and program modifications if needed.

·       Planning ,Production, Quality Control and meeting Production Schedules.

·       Assessing Tools requirements, Use and Inventory Management.

·       Machines maintenance and Spare Part management.

·       Recruitment and Training of CNC staff and operators.

·       Process and Product Developments.

Costing & Pricing Manager

Qualification:

Candidates should possess an ICWA qualification with 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with an overall experience of atleast 5 years.

Experience in team management is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.

·  Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.

·    Prepare and complete internal cost audits.

·    Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.

·    Analyze any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.

·    Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.

·   Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.

·   Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.

·   Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.
